Spare time at last, which is such a luxury in our times. I am halfway through my holidays, and I just started having thoughts of reorganising, starting to review ideas that so far have been on halt. This year's wedding season starts rather late, which gives my life a better chance to maintain the so hard to get balance. Last night I decided to have a look at this season's work trying to choose the most appealing pictures for blog uploading. I have to admit it was a hard task to handle due to the vast number of memorable events. In any way I had to make a start in order to keep the blog rolling once more again ..
Here comes a wedding where I had a blast. It took place in Mykonos towards the end of June, during the peak of the summer winds. This time I came across a different island, discovering new fascinating places, meeting memorable characters. Francesco and Victoria took good care of me, letting me be part of their environment, enabling me to feel more like a friend than a photographer. To me it was an unforgettable weekend of documenting a rather simple, yet rich in true emotions wedding.
My kudos to Margarita Samanoglou of www.mykonos-weddings.com whose expertise made everyone's job much easier.
